On the second week of January, I bought my Blazer. The order number I have is 5779. I place an order for a belted, black blazer with gold buttons. Since then, my parcel has been lost in transit. Even though they claimed to have tried to deliver, I never got a note letting me know they had stopped by my address. My shipment has been sent back to Mateeno by the post. I've sent Mateeno multiple emails regarding my package, but I haven't received a response. I demand an explanation as to why neither the goods nor my money will be sent back. It seem like this is the only way i can get a responses.

Have you tried to track your parcel via the tracking number we have emailed you ? It looks like the Canada post have tried to deliver you on the 23rd January but nobody was here.
It says redelivery today, please do email us via [email protected] if you still haven’t received your parcel by Monday, please out your order number on the subject.
